Arival "Nook" signage
This is a new product the Arival team tried out at this event. The goal here was to show off a couple of our upcoming events, as well as being a big wall to smack some Arival branding. If you have an amazing conversation in an Arival branded Nook, you're going to remember it was at Arival!
Grey Line Connection Point
This is a light up "wavelight" tower, sponsored by Grey Line, as a location for our attendees who planned meetings through the event's app to connect with one another. It had to include the sponsor's logo and colors (and enough of their branding for them to be happy), while still showing off arival's colors and event brand. We also had to make this tower stand out against our other branding, since when it blends in too much, the attendees can't find it as easily
Digital stage backdrop and title slides
It's always a great challenge to fit five speakers headshots, logos, and names on a single slide that needs to be able to be read from across the room, while still keeping everything on brand. This title slide is shown on our big LED screen, with an event branded backdrop and of course, speakers doing their thing!
